My mother lost her fight with Alzheimers. She was only 63. Even when you know it's coming sooner than later, you can never be totally ready and it hit us pretty hard.

My own mother has major issues herself. Had two cancer scares and other issues. She is on 10 different medications. I won't ever be the same if something happened.

I grew up with 1 mother and no father. I'm sorry Kevin for your loss. If you ever want to talk in general, or about medical issues about older women, I'm here man.
