If Pick #22 is what the Knicks Pick ends up at with all of those assets you had I'd say that's a win as long as I can find a comparable talent to Jonathan Kuminga which is who I traded for it.

You make some good points. But those points are directly related to your magic, not the Knicks haha. Jarrett Allen and Luka for future first, 2nd and Zion.

26 year old prime Luka can bring in a bunch. But why sell on the low?
Games aren't meaningless to me. All of them count.

I offered LaMelo and #1 for Luka last year Draft and he got greedy asking for Ball #1 #10 #13.

Just imagine he could've had Ball and Jovic, hell I could've had Ball and Jovic but wanted Williams as a PG C duo (then he passed on that).

Andrew doesn't know what he wants for Luka but with every passing moment despite Luka avg'ing 40ppg his value seems to be dropping.

Proof is sil asked that of Zion but not a mention of Luka.

Honestly I never make Luka available. I think in your mind you think he is. I will listen to offers because of boredom.

And you still wouldn't give #8 or #13. Superstars are rare and go for a ton of value so you messed up there bud.
Thus didn't offer all young players or all picks.

You could have made out great with just Zion, where you wouldn't need to worry about lineups or sucking. Another Paul George situation but in this case, Willy was picky.

I'm not mad about it and excited to continue winning while the Magic continue to do what they do every year.

For Gm's who scout for top 5-10 picks, I agree.

Lamelo, #1 just wasn't worth it in my situation at the time. Doubt I even scouted. Add a tad more to the deal and Magic would of had my attention and probably Zion by now.
