Welp, we're officially the 7 seed now. We'll probably lose both play-in games, too. What a wasted season.

Great work here Marcos and keeping this races in the spotlight!!
If I remember correctly, it's only partly fixed. I think it's fixed for 2-way ties. But ties between 3+ teams and the game just gives up and uses Team ID. This was way too big of an ask for Gary. I got screwed by that a couple years back.
correct. when we had a 3 or 4 team tie between the top seeds out west a couple years ago, it definitely did not execute them properly

it should NOT be that hard to calculate them. give me a week with the codebase and i'll figure it out lol

This will be a funny last day!

Bulls and Cavs (both 46-35) face Brooklyn and Philly (51-30) for #9 and #4, respectivelly.
Hornets might be the benefitiary here as they also look to get to 52 wins against the Bucks.
If all 51-30 teams wins we'll have a 4-way tie at 52-30 LOL

Miami has to win or for the Bucks to lose to clinch #2 in the East.

Hawks won all their last games to pass Detroit as #7 due to tiebreakers. Crazy.

Out West, everything is already decided
Denver has the tiebreaker over Pelicans which means they're going to the playoffs as #6
Houston has the tiebreaker over Minny and are heading to the play ins at #9.

And the Knicks play the Magic at home for #1 overall, while the Kings on the road against OKC can only hope to win their game and for Doncic to not do his magic.

Still a lot to play out in the east.

Unfortunately for us, we've been resting players a bit before we were safe and it cost us but no guarantees anyone gets to the finals so won't matter.

We'll heavily rest in the last game also.

It's crazy than with just one game to go we can finish anywhere from #2 to #6.

Pistons @ Hawks - when two 50-win teams clashes in the first play in game, you know the competition is pretty high in that conference. Winner faces Miami in playoffs while loser has one more shot at making it.

Cavs @ Bulls - Ben Simmons and Michael Porter will try to overcome a scorching hot team which won 9 of it's last 10, as well as home court advantage stolen in the very last game. It's win or go home now!

Jazz @ Pelicans - two teams that made moves that improved their rosters, boosting positive records since trade deadline, can the Pelicans advance at home despite missing JJJ or will the Jazz be in line for an upset with their amazing perimeter D?

Rockets @ Wolves - being honest, both teams fumbled so many easy games it's impossible to predict how this one goes. Anything can happen as MJ Walker faces his former squad in an elimination game.

It is pretty nuts seeing the Pistons, Hawks, Bulls and Cavs in a play-in. You would think 46 wins is enough to grab you a secured seed but the top of the east is definitely competitive.

If the guys indeed want to play some playoff basketball, we better win game 1. I have the feeling the Bulls will be one team making it to the real games.

DDS favors the Jazz to win even though we're hosting. That's how weak we are without JJJ.

it is weird. There is a 16 win difference between a 2nd seed and a play-in spot in the West and only 4 wins in the East
