Although Derek Thomas is a former NCAA basketball coach, this Derek Thomas just showed up in the game this off-season and has VERY good ratings and cannot be signed.

As a general rule of thumb, if you find a coach that isn't one of the top coaches that has good ratings, they are fake. The Admin team knows this is an issue and that new coaches need to be brought into the league, but for this season this request is declined.
