For the second man on the new Lakers staff, we would like to invite former Alabama great and NBA player T.R. Dunn, whose ability to evaluate the upside of prospects and teach them the basketball game are of utmost importance to our overall plans. Such a staff would give us three skilled instructors of the game, and education is obviously a value we prioritize in this new Lakers era, given the general manager's extensive background in academia.
