Sad to see Stewart and Porter go, but we are happy to bring in Kaiser Gates to further strengthen our defensive identity and clear some salary/roster spots.

MEM Accept. Two things here: 1) we need a pg badly and Frank is All Star level. 2) Large expiring contract gives us an option to cut substantial money off the books next season. Good dealing gents

Denver accepts

While Frank is a good player, he doesn’t fit our timeline and his big contract was going to limit our return.

We get younger and some players who can either become solid rotational pieces, or players we can flip at the deadline.
