After taking the reins in Charlotte Soa is looking to move some vets to bring in picks and youth to this team as the vets didn't help the team last yr so now that can help other teams .

I understand last season the team just coasted and had a bad GM so we will be looking to not just win this season and have a up and down next few yrs we are looking to build a dynasty here Thu the draft and Trades and really the on player untouchable is Nikola Jobic as we will build around him.

Our plan is to make trades build a core and use the draft to keep this team going in the right direction. We will trade a lot and a draft a lot . Once the core is in place we should be able to move all the other pieces around the core each season as needed while relying on the draft to refill the teams talent.

This is just the beginning of the journey to our dynasty and patients will be needed and a good strategy in game will help .

I'd say Ziaire should be there in the untouchable category as well. Dude has been criminally underutilised since being drafted into CSL

Love your enthusiasm though, it has livened the place which is great!

Jovic is only 23 so makes sense to put in place the plan. He's the best player in the league according to some (me included) if utilised correctly so I'd probably lean towards similar aged players but more ready. Picks are good and all but that won't get Jovic any help for 3-4 seasons until they grow some.

Lot of action in Charlotte. Missed most of it with being out of town or just too crazy busy lately.

Because Nikola Jovic is so young you have the ability continue a slow rebuild or add vets and compete now, curious to see how this situation develops. You should also be a major player in FA next off-season.
