my only real observations at this point is that the game's default ratings are actually doing a fairly good job mimicking the stats of NBA counterparts. Charlotte doesn't actually look far off what the team stats could be

Ran similar strats to my Hawks and couldn't tell form the game stats what engine was simming it.
Same streakiness, same odd games where the teams shoot 30%.

Good 3pt shooter seem to have better % from deep, which gives them also higher TS.
