Yeah I went back and looked at some of my votes on the teams that have already been decided and surprised myself. I picked over on OKC, wtf was I thinking?emplep7 wrote:I forget how I voted, but I definitely went over for the Sixers at least. Not sure the rest, but still think this was a great idea.

Re: 2017-18 NBA Over/Unders
Alright everyone, here's the final results!
First, some of the more fun things.
The "I was the only person who picked this team right" Awards
Everyone thought the Clippers would win at least 43 games, except for drumr who correctly picked them to finish under!
No one saw the Spurs weird season coming, except for emplep7 as he was the only person who saw them winning fewer than 54 games.
We were all drinking the WB/PG/Melo kool-aid... everyone except chilikonkarne! He's the only one who didn't pick OKC to finish over 52.5 games.
The "Everyone was right except for me" Not Really an Award
Chilikonkarne didn't believe that Houston could win 55 games... he was the only person who didn't believe in their ability.
The "CSL Is Very Smart" Award
We were all correct in our picks of Denver (over) and New York (under), the only two teams we unanimously agreed upon.
And now, the much awaited standings.
In 10th place, with 11 correct answers, is Rizzo
Tied for 8th place, with 13 correct answers, are BizGilwalker and drumr
In a three way tie for 5th place, with 14 correct choices, we have chilikonkarne, Dennis, and blackice
In 4th place, with an even 15 correct answers, is Andrei
In 3rd place, with 16 points, is emplep7
In 2nd place, with 17 points, is GreenBear
which means that...
In 1st place, with a whopping 20 points, is Myles!
I should have gone to Vegas with these... lol

This was awesome Myles - thanks again for putting all this together! 20 right is pretty damn impressive to be honest and I'm surprised I got above the median.
The most disappointing thing I saw here is that Doug chose the UNDER on the Sixers. Where's that Philly pride?

Always be pessimistic and you'll never be disappointed haha. Honestly, I thought Embiid and/or Simmons wouldget a serious injury at some point.emplep7 wrote: The most disappointing thing I saw here is that Doug chose the UNDER on the Sixers. Where's that Philly pride?
