Thank You CSL
Hi All
Well this is not the way I wanted it to happen but you can't always get what you want in a multiplayer SIM league! With the Blazers being knocked out early and thus bringing a nice long period before the off-season and engine switch I have decided to step down as a GM in the CSL.
As some of you are aware I have been actively involved with getting the CSFL up and running in its first season and the time taken for this and some other projects will be the main focus of my SIM league hobby time from now on. Which means I no longer can commit to being an active GM here and with the new engine switch it is a great time to get some new blood into the league. However I do plan to remain around here in some capacity as the Chicago Bulls assistant GM to give Marcos a hand from time to time (although I'm not too sure what I can help the CSL hall of famer with exactly :p) haha.
With myself moving on I just wanted to say thank you to the admin and draft team for the huge amount of work they put in to make this league run so efficiently, it has been a fun few years and seasons. Also thank you to all the GMs for making this a competitive and challenging league and one that has really lead to have a great understanding of DDSPB game engines.
Best of luck to the guys still in the playoffs and to the teams hoping to have a great off-season. I will always look back very fondly on my time as a GM here. I am sure the CSL will only go from strength to strength!

Sorry to see you leave, but I can see admin in the CSFL is a lot of work.
Portland will miss their GM tho, you constructed a very good team.

Re: Thank You CSL
We’re losing an active and positive member of the community, and that’s the kind of GM that I value the most here. Damn shame you are leaving, but I wish you nothing but the best in your future sim league endeavors. Oh and I guess in real life too. I suppose that’s important. And who knows, maybe I’ll finally join the CSFL one of these days.

Re: Thank You CSL
This definitely blindsided me. Glad you'll be in this league in some capacity with Marcos but hope some day down the road you find yourself back to controlling your own franchise.
With that said, I can now definitely hand over way more responsibilities to you in the CSFL!

Damn man, hate to see you go as a GM, as I've always had a blast chatting with you about the league. But I am glad you are still sticking around, and hopefully you will return to full capacity one day. Portland is set up well for the next GM as well.
