Read all of the information below before submitting offers. Penalties will be enforced for any of the below rules that are not followed

Deadline
Sim Date: 06/18 08:00 pm GMT
Current GMT
OneNole-Special: 1 FREEAGENCY DAY

MLE and LLE availability

Please check if you have your MLE and LLE available. If not, don't use it.
DDS3 does not stop you from offering both MLE/LLE. Make sure you do not use it if you are not eligible to, otherwise you'll be penalized. If you are unsure, PM the commissioners or post a question. Penalties for using an exception by "mistake" are listed below. If there is a mistake in the file, please let the commissioners know.
Keep in mind that MLE/LLE availability is calculated at Free Agency - Day 1 and will not change for the whole Free Agency (unless, of course, you spend it, then it becomes unavailable to be used again).
Check LLE and MLE availability here.

Teams without the game
Are allowed to submit a maximum of one bid/change per day. A bid retraction is considered a change. If you want to submit more, get someone with the game to organize you a team file. Bids have to look like the following:
Player Name:
Contract Amount (Starting Salary):
Years:
Raise:
Exception (if applicable):
Option: Team/Player/None
RULES, Years, Raises and Salaries

For detailed information, please refer to the UPDATED CBA (coming out today).
Just a hint, if you own the game, use the calculator on the left side of the "make an offer" screen. Don't use the automatic calculation on the right side. A wrong contract will be penalized. Penalties are listed below.
This is very important. CHECK the CBA, that's the best way to make sure you are under the rules as it's fully updated.

Financials
Soft Salary Cap - $63,700,000
Luxury Tax - $76,900,000
Luxury Tax – Penalty Level 1 - $81,300,000
Luxury Tax – Penalty Level 2 - $85,600,000
Hard Salary Cap - $90,000,000

Notes
-

Penalties
1st time - Removal of bids/player even if they did sign
2nd time - Suspension for a set number of days so no participation in free agency
3rd time - The player is cut with the team paying the entire contract out

These penalties will be monitored by the Admin team.

Yeah, I don't think I'll get penalised for being stuck in traffic and 35 minutes late

Should I get penalised for that then?

Guess we'll find out soon.

In all seriousness though, if it's deemed we were late, we'll cop whatever is decided and if that means we missed it, then so be it but we did try and get in before the deadline.

Some things just can't be helped.

Start busting concrete deadlines duringRFA and allowing it and it makes free agency even more worthless than it already is

System yes but perhaps.

Honest mistake though. I read the in game email, thought I had three days until day 10 until Miami messaged me about some 48 hours, read it and tried to get it up as soon as possible but was 35 mins late.

As I said, whatever the decision made is fine. If it's deemed a mistake, so be it. It's not that serious.

This rule should be changed to two sims.

Interesting. Now we want to talk about holding to deadlines by the minute. . . . .

It is what it is, but BT has been clear in numerous posts that he was matching. If he gets burned because he waited to long to officially announce it, that's for him to take up I guess.

But then the issue arises from the different sim times. It's easier to just set an alarm for when your 48 hours are up. I see both sides.

If the simmer sims before 48 hrs, you can sneak your match on the 3rd sim?
