Mays-Cockburn could become a terrifying duo akin to SGA-Ayton

Potential John Collins replacement? Kofi has some really nice potential as a paint beast, and he should be very strong on the boards as well. Only thing lacking is rim protecting ability imo.

Thought for certain we were going with someone else as expected him to be gone and might not be BPA here but for fit, he works well. Might be the first time we've drafted for fit haha.

Re: Round 1 - Pick 3 - Sacramento Kings
I REALLY wanted to add Kofi to the Rockets. Real quality big man who does all the "big man things" aside from swat shots, with some untapped potential as a passer with the ball in his hands. Will be a pretty exciting player to watch develop, and I have no doubt bt is going to get the most out of him.

I’m not even sure how the Kings got this pick lol, aren’t they a good team? But yeah for sure Kofi is amazing, didn’t fit what I wanted to build here at Phoenix tho

Great pick. Big man with great handles pots. Foul magnet with good FT shooting ability. Great defender and rebounder minus shotblocking.

Re: Round 1 - Pick 3 - Sacramento Kings
Damn, this guy has amazing floor, will be a dominant scorer with good rebounding and D, how the hell did Phoenix pass on pairing him and Garland idk, but the Kings got a fantastic pick to go along Mays and Thybulle.

I'm also surprised he didn't go to Phoenix. They could have that two headed monster with Lawson. Kofi will be a really strong inside scorer, crash the boards hard and plays some D. Similar to Cade, he is elite at drawing contact. He also brings a very intriguing playmaking ability with high Handles, Passing and IQ.
Congrats to season 16 ASL champion SoulKey. For the Swarm!

Phoenix will be fine. Kings did aquire another Jarrett Allen(similar or better range) with 2 more assists, which is very valuable... but it's not like kings made magic out of poop. Haha

The more I look at my scouts, he reminds me of a more aggressive Reggie Perry.

Re: Round 1 - Pick 3 - Sacramento Kings
Really special player. Incredibly efficient in the paint, really gifted at drawing contact, controls the boards on both ends of the glass. Also a good defender, although not a rim protector like others mentioned. Biggest question mark is what his usage will be, but his high PAS rating will be a big boost there.
Definitely the kind of building block Big that the Kings needed. Will fit in perfectly there.

My only question mark here is that if being already 22 he's going to reach his potentials. Otherwise, good selection.
