Hi guys,

I had an idea. I want all of GMs assess to other GMs in the league. I can create 10 different themes and any GM can punctuate from 0 to 10 and explain our reply with words)

Themes:
-Draft selection (if GM hit/fault in our selections)
-Trades (if GM hit/fault in our selections)
-Writes in our forum (active/passive writing in our forum)
-Knowledge (know/ignore about DDSPB3)
-Roster management (balanced/unbalanced roster)
-Philosophy and set offense use (
-Players development (develop/impoverish players)
-Financial control (have cap/on hard cap)
-Meeting or excideed targets (excideed/lack targets)
-Active making/answering offers (make-answer/ignore offers)

Agree?

For example :

Dennis by goikiri
goikiri wrote: -Draft selection 7 No big decisions because he hadn't high picks. Tyler Ennis was good pick.
-Trades 8 Without failures except Carmelo's add IMO
-Writes in our forum 9 Awesome work with draft. Great.
-Knowledge (know/ignore about DDSPB3) 10 He was administrator. He dominates perfect the game.
-Roster management 8 Always play with balanced roster.
-Philosophy and set offense use 8 Use many changes in each sim for win each game.
-Players development 8 He develops Chroeder, Bullock or Wear very well. Nit fails here.
-Financial control 6 He always have a players with big contracts. Bad for the cap.
-Meeting or excideed targets 6 Since second season, he was favourite but he has never play the Finals.
-Active making/answering offers 9 Tireless. Send fair offers.

Total : 79

This could be real interesting if gm's put some time into it and answered the questions. Would show what gm's think of how other gm's are managing their team.

Its an interesting idea but would never work as not enough would do it and too many would give biased reviews instead of their true opinion.
