I think he's still member of the Sacramento Kings, he was drafted there, but the Kings had 16 players so one had to be cut to advance the file possibly. Admins should clarify this since if Blake is indeed a FA he should attract lots of interest not only for 2-way contracts.

Yes, Blake Wesley cannot be signed.
