Turns out good things happen when Kobe and Hayes don't foul out. We shot the lights out as a team (58% from the field, 50% from 3), with a near perfect Varnado game, and we were able to withstand an elite 3-point shooting game by the Lakers. Hayes was a +30.

Alright alright.. we are over .500 now with a win over the Magic 115-100. Our bench continues to impress with the size, as Roddy and Lawson both had double doubles, and Flowers had 24/7/6.

Barnes oddly only played 7 minutes.

We finish our homestretch with a dominant win against the Brooklyn Nets. With a key starter and a sub out with injury, that being Sochan and VW Jr, we wanted to try something a little bit different from our usual gameplan. We shifted our gameplan from being PnR heavy to just gunning it as often as possible. This strategy seemed to have worked, as we blew out the Brooklyn Nets, leaving them with nothing to play for by the end of the 3rd quarter. We shot over 55% from the field, and over 56% from 3 as a team. Brantley, J-Dub, and Franks went a combined 12-14 from behind the arc. Hopefully some of our luck will stay, as we finally head away to face the Phoenix Suns next.
