Lol I forgot about your history of injury woes. Hopefully you've completely cleaned house of your training staff.hardenwithnod wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 9:38 pm With my luck they will probably take turns to get hurt and die, but we will try our best nevertheless.

Alright, now that Gary finally built a great team I think we can all agree it’s time to restart the league with default rosters.

Knew this was coming but still surprised a bit lol
Great move by Gary indeed. Not a fan of this for the Jazz as they seem downgraded with this deal, same as the Blazers with how Lively has turned out very very raw and not so high potential, while Denver did just a little fine i guess.
All hail to the Wiz!

Lol
If we restart Gary will instantly die and I’m trying to get married no money to go for his funeral..
There have been so many fantastic trades this year. With all big names moved already, time for a review of every roster!

Re: Trade Chatter
Ha, I fully expected to take some heat on getting Jessup at his AAV. I was not expecting to take heat on the Lively part of the deal, but I'm here for all of itrh0xxy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 10:27 pm Knew this was coming but still surprised a bit lol

I will say though, if you're judging his potential based off his assigned star rating, I get why you'd be down on his potential. But I can tell you that I can't put any less stock into star-ratings than I already do. Only thing I think it's somewhat useful for is to indicate how much more a player can develop.

Re: Trade Chatter
Yeah, the original plan was to have it be 3 years with a TO. But the more I looked at him, the more I believe I can fix him. I'm gambling on my ability to fix him up and utilize him better than he has been. If I'm right, his contract will be a bargain by the end of his contract. If I'm wrong... Let's not talk about that lol

Re: Trade Chatter
Yeah, it's useful in determining player's potential. I'm just a bit disappointed when i saw him only 2 star coz in my scouts he could be a 3 star. I actually almost took him at 12 before i traded the pick. At the end of the day 1 star potential is still less attractive than 2 or 3 stars regardless.GreenBear wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 3:56 amHa, I fully expected to take some heat on getting Jessup at his AAV. Although, the good thing about him is those potentials is enough to put him very good in those areas meant for traditional big men such as rebounding, shot blocking, and defense but nothing much elsewhere. Good thing also is his shot ratings is almost fully developed.
