I'm going with SAC based on current level of play and upcoming home schedule. Everyone else has at least one really tough game at home before the end of November, but SAC doesn't play any team with a .600+ overall record until Portland on december 5th. BOS plays TOR (7-3), NYK plays BOS (7-4), DET plays ORL (8-2), DAL plays POR (8-2) and CLE (7-3), and POR plays CLE (7-3) and SAC (10-1) on december 1st.

Honestly it could go to most of these teams, but if I'm playing the odds, I'm putting my money on sacramento.
