Los Angeles -- The Los Angeles Clippers announced the hiring of CSL veteran Dylan on Friday morning. After a poor season and the need for stability, the Clippers elected to opt for someone with experience to fill the void in the organization. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, per team policy.

"I'm excited to get back into it," Dylan said on Friday. "This is Los Angeles, man, who wouldn't want to be here?"

Dylan takes over at an important point in the offseason, right in the middle of free agency. Taking over a team that is destined for a complete overhaul, it won't be an easy task.

"I'm ready for anything, and this team will win a title. I promise you that."

Goodluck Dylan, I did all I could to revamp the roster and put the Clippers in a position to do well moving forward but with a dedicated and competent GM attached to the team moving forward (as opposed to a league controlled team) the team can take that next step and that is a great thing for the league.

Yeah, there are some pieces, but a rebuild is needed. Not having all of your picks hurts the most by preventing a full rebuild, but I'm rooting for you turning them around.

Missing your pick for the next two years hurts but if anything this is a league where you can always, I mean, ALWAYS buy solid talent at low prices from teams that decides to rebuild.

I foresee you doing that and building a competitive team while working to find pieces for the future as well.
