What’s next for the Knicks

Post by Stockton12 »

Whats next for the Knicks
The Knicks finished the year with the leagues worst record with 14 wins and 68 losses and the fans aren’t happy in New York ..”We want his blood “ one fan screamed ...” just like the real life Knicks I give up “ another season ticket holder said.

GM Stockton was summoned to a board meeting to explain what his plans are for the Knicks and why he should stay on as gm of the Knicks, Stockton exited the meeting and spoke to the reporters
“ Sure we sucked this season but the only way is up and sure we have no picks in the draft but that won’t stop us from making some noise especially in free agency “ .

In fact the knicks have already make some noise with rumours a deal Is in place which will send out
Rookie forward Ivan Rabb and center Youssou , in will come someone who will hopefully give the knicks a spark and fit well with depaula .

New York has already made a list on who is there target come free agency time and have to edit it a bit after the rumour incoming trade but they have enough cap space to throw out 2 max contracts ,they won’t rush the process and will attempt to build the team with a mixture of offence and some defence, Stockton is hoping for 20 + wins next season .

The hard part is over, the harder part is coming.
Stay patient, keep your picks and slowly pick up core pieces. Before you know it, you will win more games.

Good trade for both teams IMO.

Interesting. Already told you what I think about your FA, and this time your assured me you're keeping the picks which is great. It only gets better from now, so good luck with the trade, hope you get fair value in return for Rabb, and hope to see the knicks make a big-time steal or two via FA.

Let's see if you max one of my guys. We are prepared for it. But yeah gonna be interesting to see if a player is interested in playing for a bottom 5 team.

One of them gets probably a max from me ;-)

But as said before, stay the course and use the upcoming draft picks to get some young talent on the team.

Just got to stay patient, and keep those picks. Scout well, and draft yourself a stud to go with GDP.

Interested to see who that trade is for. Rabb and Youssou are arguably your 2nd and 3rd best assets currently, so I hope it's a really good player.

A couple high picks the next couple years would do you a lot of good, so hold on to those picks, be smart with your cap space, and you'll be in good shape moving forward.

Hold onto those picks for the love of God...

Unless you trade them to me then by all means picks are waaaaaaayyyy overrated and almost always end with drafting a bust.
