The Houston Rockets are thrilled to welcome NBA legend Chauncey Billups as our next head coach. We believe in his vision as a strategist. With him, he brings along three extremely talented assistants: Arthur Morgan and Heddick Steele, two of the D-League's rising star coaches, both savants with a clipboard in their hands and both know how to get this team running and playing fast like it should. And Carlin Heard as our third assistant, as a defensive evaluator. Best of luck to all of you, you have a few chances to get us a title, or else.
