Karl Anthony-Towns makes his return tonite vs the Los Angeles Lakers!

C Karl Anthony-Towns

"I'm just really excited to get back on the court to see how I can fit in because we've been playing pretty well lately and hopefully we can continue to come together and be competitive and keep winning."

KAT, the second leading scorer in the CSL has been phenomenal this season putting up 26.5ppg along with being the 5th leading rebounder at 11.2rpg.

Image
C Jakob Pöeltl

"It's just been really nice to come in and play hard for the team and to go on this run. I'm just happy to go out there and contribute whether as a starter or off the bench for however long I get to play."

Pöeltl has averaged 20ppg to go along with 15.6rpg over the 3 game stretch.

Image
PG Ja Morant

"I knew without KAT I had to go out there and score so it's just been a grind getting out there and getting some tough wins, some huge wins cause we definitely need 'em."

And last but definitely not least PG Ja Morant has been on an absolute tear scoring 35.3ppg in KAT's absence while leading the Magic to 3 straight wins.

Things have been looking up for Orlando and hopefully they continue to trend upwards.

Go Magic!

I would start Poeltl at PF. as I think he's a good fit next to KAT as a starter. Much better than OG.

There is definitely enough room in the East for Orlando. Good luck!

I don't like the idea of Poeltl starting alongside KAT for the main reason of not having any back up big available. Perhaps, trade for Azubuike? He's been available since day 30 lol

I would also rather try this version. It will be a challenge to get Morant, KAT and Poeltl to play at their best together. But all three looked great lately, that's a good start.

Well the KAT came back we went 1-1 (due to him missing another game due to injury and submatrix throwing off his PT).

L vs BOS W vs WAS

We cannot win a home game but at least we are very competitive not getting blown out as we usually were.
