DETROIT, MI - Anonymous team sources out of Detroit have leaked word that there have been several closed door meetings in the past 24 hours speculating that team ownership, over the antics and repeated failures of GM emplep7, might be looking to relieve longtime Pistons front man of his duties as Vice President of Operations and General Manager.
The source stated that the GM was seen driving a barely functional segway around Detroit late two nights ago getting into it with the local homeless and egging Frank Ntilikina's part-time residence.
This isn't the first time the GM has been disruptive as he's been documented to go on month long benders where he disappears mid season only to show up in the middle of a game dressed as the Hamburglar and throwing vulgarities at his own players, but it seems as if ownership has finally had enough of losing when it matters and looking to add a fresh face to the storied franchise.
