Mavs changing direction

After spending some time looking at the team, new GM Josh decided that it's time to pick up the pace some for the Mavs. He wants them to play faster and run more iso plays for PG and Rose. How this will play out is anyone's guess, but it will be fun to see.

The team has been playing really well lately with some big wins, so something is working. Not sure I would tinker too much, but this is a team that should 100% be in the playoffs and might be one of the harder 5-8 seeds in the league if you can pull it off.
