Has referee cheating returned to the CSL?
Four days removed from being eliminated from the playoffs, Nuggets front office brass is still seething over the disrespect and blatantly one sided officiating. Rumors are swirling that the Nuggets have obtained council and are expected to file suit against the CBRA and CSL showing video evidence of a multitude of missed calls or phantom calls.
Denver and Golden State entered the second round with almost near identical free throw statistics in regards to attempts per game and the percentage made. Denver is expected to arrive in NY on Wednesday in what is expected to be a very contentious meeting. No word yet on what penalties may come from the post game rant but speculation is swirling of a possible 1 year suspension. The league is surely wanting to get ahead of these accusations as they do not want this to steal headlines away from the finals. (even if this is expected to be one of the worst finals in CSL history)
