Post Combine Lottery Mock

1. San Antonio Spurs - Alex Antetokounmpo, SF/PF

In my opinion this is the no brainer pick here, as the youngest Antetokounmpo has arguably the highest upside in the draft as a potential 2 way stud. Despite being extremely raw, the Spurs are in full rebuild mode, and they will have plenty of time to develop this potential franchise corner piece.

2. Atlanta Hawks - Xavier Tillman, PF

Hawks is currently in a full blown rebuild mode, and X-Man here will be the perfect go to piece for them. Tillman has the tools to be an alpha on this team, and with proper development, he has all star potential written all over him. Tillman will be the perfect alpha piece for this Hawks rebuild, and Okoro can become the perfect 2nd piece next to X-Man.

3. Cleveland Cavaliers - Immanuel Quickley, PG

The Cavs used to be one of the most menacing defensive team in the CSL. And we all know GM Drumr loves his aggressive defensive pressure scheme. Quickley should be the perfect PG to run the show for this young Cavs team that is in rebuild mode. Quickley is a bit raw, but has excellent upside as a defender, playmaker, and an efficient scorer. He should be the perfect floor general next to that Simmons/Langford/Collins/Landale core.

4. OKC Thunder - Josh GIddey, PG/SG/SF

It's a shame that the OKC Thunder doesn't have an active GM around, as this team is filled with a ton of young talent that has started to hit their strides, and should be competing in the playoffs. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise for the next GM, as now they have managed to land another high lottery pick. Giddey the triple double machine should fit in perfectly next to guys like James Wiseman/Barrett/Weatherspoon. Giddey will be the perfect oversize guard that has the tools/versatility to play everywhere except center for this Thunder team.

5. Portland Trailblazers - Aleksej Pokusevski, SF/PF

If former GM Jestor is still in charge of this team, he will probably be punching holes through a wall right now, as the lottery gods has decided to screw the Blazers's lottery luck again. Despite the tough luck, this franchise still has a chance to land a potential 2 way star in Poku. Young Poku is extremely raw right now, but he has such crazy upside on both ends of the floor that is simply too difficult to pass up. With Dejan in charge now, I expect him to be able to get the best out of Poku.

6. Orlando Magic - Reggie Perry, PF/C

The Magic is another team that has entered into full rebuild mode, and Willy has done a nice job collecting on some young studs such as Lamelo Ball and Jonathan Kuminga. With Joel Embiid hitting free agency, Perry should fit in nicely next to this young core. Perry brings a perfect no nonsense attitude, and toughness to this young team. Him, and Bam should form an excellent partnership that can become one of the most efficient big men duo in the league.

7. LA Clippers - Moses Moody, SG/SF

Another team that lacks a proper management team, the Clippers are pretty much stuck in purgatory right now. A team that has plenty of holes, the choice is simply to pick the best player available. Moody is a 19 years old guard that has immense 2 way potential. Moody has legit tools as a good all around scorer, playmaker, and defender that should be a great partner in crime for Marvin Bagley.

8. Washington Wizards - Onyeka Okongwu, PF/C

The lottery gods has finally had enough of the Wizards, thus they decided to move the Wizards down in the lottery this year. Despite the tough luck, the Wizards still should be able to land a defensive menace in OO. OO is a no non sense athletic rim runner that can board, and defend with the best of them. He's also very young, and should fit in perfectly with that young Wizards core.

9. New Orleans Pelicans - MJ Walker, SF/SG

After making the playoffs in previous season, the Hornets has seemingly struggled a bit with the transition of the new engine. However, this is still a very talented team that has the pieces to compete for the playoffs once again. MJ Walker is a ready now 3 and D wing that should fit in perfectly next to the Lauri/Fultz/Bamba core. Walker can shoot efficiently from all over the field while providing tough defense. He should be the perfect role player next to Lauri.

10. Atlanta Hawks - Usman Garuba, SF/PF

Armed with 2 lottery picks, the Hawks will now be able to land a very young but raw prospect in Garuba. Garuba is a very raw prospect right now, but he has shown a ton of upside as a unique playmaker for a player of his statue. Garuba should develop into a very strong versatile defender as well, and is an efficient scorer when needed. A perfect glue player piece next to X-Man, and Okoro.

11. Orlando Magic - Cole Anthony, PG/SG

Another young team that is armed with 2 lottery picks, I have them selecting the best scorer in college basketball right now in Cole Anthony. Anthony should be a dynamic scorer that can score from everywhere on the court. Sure, he might not be the best defender, but that immense shot creating ability to combine with an efficient arsenal is something that is highly valuable in this engine. If developed properly, you are looking at a top bucket getter in this league.

12. San Antonio Spurs - Olivier Sarr - C/PF

It certainly feels like I am repeating myself, as Spurs is another young team that owns multiple lottery picks in this draft. After selecting a potential demigod in Alex Antetokounmpo, now they will be able to land a 7 footer with arguably the best shooting stroke that no other bigs have had in the CSL history. Sarr is the perfect modern day big man that can stretch the floor, while still operate effectively in the post. He also offers solid rim protection, and should be a great fit next to the Antetokounmpo/ZDK/Harrison core.

13. Miami Heat - Jalen Johnson, SF/SG

The newly crowned CSL champion somehow has managed to land another lottery pick to bolster an already stacked roster. Johnson is one of the more unique prospect in this draft, as he has shown a ton of efficiency from all over the field, while also displaying a serious ability to force turnovers as well. The Heat should be able to mold him into a versatile Swiss Army Knife similar to someone like a Shawn Marion down the road.

14. Washington Wizards - Kelan Martin, SF/SG

The Wizards has been looking for a good 3 and D wing for a while now, and Martin should fit in perfectly here. Martin is a strong efficient floor spacer that has a solid all around game, and is a menace on the defensive end of the floor. Martin has shades of DeAndre Hunter written all over him, who was a former number 2 pick in the 2027 CSL draft.

On the bubble:

Santi Aldama, PF/C

Aldama is a very interesting prospect, as he is a true stretch big that also has the ability to draw fouls, and score efficiently inside. Unlike most stretch bigs, Aldama can actually protect the rim. However, his offensive rebounding is mediocre at best for a big, and his below average handles/lateral quickness might prevent him from being a converted SF.

Garrison Matthews, SG/SF

Matthews is arguably one of the best long range shooter in this class, can draw foul like a mad man, and he has good shot creating ability as well. However, his inside game is absolutely atrocious, which makes it an awkward pairing with his high foul drawing ability. Matthews also has mediocre handles, which makes it tough for a SG/SF. Defensively he has ways to go before he can become a competent defender.

Ayo Dosmonu, SG/SF

Ayo is a supreme athlete that comes into the CSL with a ready now defensive game, and a knack of wreaking havoc in the passing lanes. However, offensively he's still a huge work in progress, as he has a lot of work to do with his shot selection, and if he outside shot doesn't develop, then he's a pure slasher at best. His ball handling can be a concern as well for a guard.

Good mock - I love Perry's fit in Orlando but not sure where OO fits in Washington with solid frontcourt pieces already on the team
Congrats to season 16 ASL champion SoulKey. For the Swarm!

Yeah, my expectation is to take the best player available at that spot. Despite a pretty strong front court, I do think OO gives me a true man to man defender unlike my other bigs like Williams/Brown that are just pure shot blockers.

Solid mock draft. We have made a choice for the 1st pick (unless they have a horrible interview) but 12 is still up in the air.
Harrison -- Young --- ZDK --- AA --- WCJ
Duval -- O'Neale -- Okeke -- Reid -- N'Diaye
