Man I'd like to see the team with the worst record automatically get the 10th pick.
That would stop the tanking. The end of the season would be like the playoffs for those teams at the bottom.

At least we would see bottom teams giving 100% to win games at the end of the seaon Also PO teams would have to give more, as going against tank teams right now, is walk in the park, at the end of the season.
