Where to get DDS:PB3 Installation file?

It's been awhile since I had DDS:PB3, and it won't open anymore on my laptop. I'm planning to clean and uninstall DDS:PB3 and install a fresh copy with my existing license code. Can anyone from the league help me where I can get the installation file?

I have it. If you find a way for me to transfer it to you, it's around 32MB.
