It looks like the +10s happened on 3/19 rather than 3/20.

Based on my in-game scouts, my best guess for the +10s are:
-Miles Bridges (BOS)
-Robert Williams (PHI)
-Michael Porter (IND) (I may never trade a rookie again)
-Kaiser Gates (DET) (I hate you Jon)
-Laurinas Birutis (CHI)
-Doral Moore (HOU)
-Deyonta Davis (OKC)
-Ray Spalding (MIN)

Again, these are not official by any stretch, just observations based on the potential estimates that my in-game coaches give me. So don't go out and get day-drunk in celebration just yet.

the way it works is that the only times ratings improve are during training camp, and the Jan 8th rating bump, and the March 19th rating bump/rookie boost.

Every year, in March a handful of rookies get a +10 SCR boost to their *potential*, and sometimes comes with a small increase to their potential in rebounding (for bigs) or passing (for guards). Doesn't mean they're a lock to hit their potential but it's more room for growth, which is always a good thing. Porter appears to be one of them.

If you looked in game, you would have seen Porter with ~84 SCR potential rating prior to this sim. That number is now around 94. That Winslow trade was likely a mistake now. Porter has a chance to be the best scorer in the CSL. Congrats
