I think he would strongly benefit from high volume 3pt shooting overall and plan to do so.
Coulibaly is also pretty similar to that, that's the exact kind of player I've been looking for to build my team with good spacing and two-way play.
Maybe this is the way. Lead by example and promote it.. marketing? Haha
But if others see and read that it's still beneficial, especially if there was someway to show analytics that volume threes for a guy like Doom is actually better than limiting them and restricting him, others probably follow.
No idea if that's the truth but yeah.
No no, that was not the point
I’m not promoting my players, just saying there are players like that in the league already, for example. Those two are examples I can think of because they are my players and I have a lot of scouting on them but there must be some others as well.

Oh yeah, I didn't mean yours specifically. Just that the narrative now is that if a player shoots 36-37% from three, it's not good even if there is volume. If the narrative was it's decent, maybe more of us would do it.
Not you or Doom specifically of course.

Got it now
Actually that makes a lot of sense indeed.
Gotta lead by example, that’s the only way to show stuff like that works
This and a buff to what currently needs fixing.

Even just what you've said so far will make me look at my guys and see if we can increase volume given we're usually last in 3PA.

What are some ways of increasing volume specifically? I thought that was tied to scr and pass? When you say volume to you mean just shot selection
High SCR
High PAS
Low PASS%
Versatile ball actions and floor ranges
All those 4 works into raising volume
If you want to raise volume on threes, lower pass% + higher scr and pass combo + higher pull up and c&s
But of course we don’t need to change all that. My idea is minimum changes to improve at what we lack the most.
