Off-Season Schedule

The draft team will finalize some things with the draft (full draft order, workouts) and the pick forfeits for the year, but below will be the tentative schedule for the full off-season.

01/03 - Trade Office Opens
01/07 - Draft Officially Starts at 1200 GMT (trade office closes)
01/11 - Draft ends
01/14 - 01/16 - Coaching Sim
01/17 - 01/20 - Contract Decisions, Second Round Signings Start
01/21 - Free Agency Begins
02/06 - Free Agency Ends (we will try to speed up towards the end)
02/07 - 02/09 - Training Camp
02/11 - Pre-Season Start
02/18 - Regular Season Start

We will likely start the unofficial draft clock on Saturday or Sunday to try to make up some days here and there, but use this as a gauge for the off-season.

We will be preparing and releasing the file later today, which will be used for contract decisions and will include all rookies and their ratings. As a reminder, once a rookie rights are traded that rookie has become restricted.

Additionally, as we have done in years past, all rookies will be TR'd after Day 10 of FA and Second Round signings are only open through FA. After the last day of FA, all unsigned second rounders become Free Agents.

I assume HTML is wrong for rookies but in game is accurate? What's the scoop on that, I don't remember.

HTML and in-game is wrong for rookies at the moment. It will be corrected in the HTML soon (by the weekend at the latest), unsure of when they'll be correct in-game. They will either be correct in-game right away, or they'll be correct by training camp, just depends on how DDS handles it.

Got it. Thanks for the quick reply. Saw some guys and thought they might be close and I had the low or high end of scouts. . . then saw a couple that are obviously way off. Game matched up so I figured something was up.
