2030 End of Season Award Voting - MANDATORY
Award voting for the 2030 season is now OPEN. This is a MANDATORY action for all GMs and must be completed by the end of the Finals. That should give everyone more than enough time to finish these, but if for any reason you do not think you can complete this task, let the admin team know ahead of time.
We have a new voting form this year (pretty much the same like for the Allstar Voting). Any problems or ideas to improve it. Please PM the admin team.
The link is below:
https://stat.championsimleague.com/endo ... p?_4i2r!xi
Please remember not to vote for your own players as your vote will be omitted and please include your username at the beginning of the survey or your results will not be included.
Thanks again to all for your activity this regular season as we look forward to another interesting playoff season.

Re: 2030 End of Season Award Voting - MANDATORY
Done. Just one minor comment, I was surprised to not see any player from the best defensive team (Sacramento) on the DPOY list. I understand they don't meet the criteria of BPG, etc ... but still. And I know how difficult it is to put a list together, so don't take this the wrong way, but maybe this can be fine-tuned for next season, maybe adding a parameter for team performance. Thanks in advance.

Most lists are automatically created from the stats database at the end of the season.mgtr81 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 2:11 pm Done. MIP is not working this way and is set manually by us.
DPOY is unfortunately now semi automatic since DDS22 doesn't have STP% and PA/SF statistics in this DB anymore.
Sacramento has a bunch of players who indeed qualify as top defender, but a lot of them didn't qualify because of their Min/game. The team is so deep that not many player play much more than 20mpg.
The one who should be in the list, is Thybulle imo. He would qualify with 1.6 steals but barely missed the other criteria.
It would be possible to add a manual field (like for MIP) where you can a player even if he didn't match all criteria or because he is on a top defense team. Just makes it even more manual.
Another option would be also to display the full player list.

the criteria is probably a little too restrictive. Drop some of the thresholds in future seasons.Flaming Homer wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 6:08 pmMost lists are automatically created from the stats database at the end of the season.mgtr81 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 2:11 pm Done. I know it's a lot of work and probably not worth it, but I was just surprised when I didn't find any Kings player. Thanks for putting the lists together.Flaming Homer wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 6:08 pmMost lists are automatically created from the stats database at the end of the season.mgtr81 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 2:11 pm Done.
